In celebration of World Pasta Day, our chef and sommelier specially curate pasta dishes prepared with the best of EU ingredients paired with Geographical Indication registered wines from the EU region.
The evening featured world-renowned EU agricultural food and beverages which are deeply connected to local customs, traditions, harvests, and unique recipes, including feta PDO cheese from Greece, PDO wines from the Kamptal region in Austria and the Rheinhessen wine region in Germany, and vintage port from Portugal.
Participants could embark on a gastronomic journey from Italy, Spain, Greece, Slovenia to Belgium.
